Before entering the cutting & wrapping machine, the product passes through a tempering stage.

This step lowers the temperature and relieves internal tensions, allowing the product to release the natural “shrinking effect” and ensuring it is perfectly conditioned for cutting.

Nuova Euromec provides two tempering solutions: a single layer and a three layer tempering belt.

The choice depends on product chemistry and required production capacity.
