Filling Pumps

The 040ES extruder is designed to uniformly and continuously process chewing gum, bubble gum, or chewy-toffee, feeding cut & wrap machines or soft-mass forming lines. It can also be used as a standalone extruder for either chewy or gum production.

• AISI 420 stainless steel hopper for product loading, 50-liter capacity
• Two feeding rollers designed to optimize mass feeding and minimize the bridging effect
• Two Ø 100 mm stainless steel extrusion screws, clutch-connected to the gearbox, easily removable for cleaning
• Removable extrusion die head for fast cleaning operations
• Double-jacketed extrusion chamber heated by thermostatically controlled warm water (energy-saving system)
• Extrusion die head heated by electric resistors
• Hardened gear reduction unit with shafts on spherical bearings

Powder pump applied in the production of chewy candies or gums for the application of powder or granular fillings. Equipped with a wheeled trolley and head to be connected to the extruder outlet.

Applied in the production of hard candies filled with sparkling powder or granular fillings.

Designed for hard candies filled with sparkling powder or other granular fillings. Feeding screw in AISI 304 stainless steel with teflon-coated filling pipe. Different screw sizes are available with different diameter depending on the required output.

Output: 50-200 kg/h, depending on powder type.

For the production of hard and soft candies filled with liquid, viscous, or thick fillings.

Products that can be pumped include chocolate, flavored syrups, jams, marmalade, honey, fruit syrups, and fat-based creams.
