090PRD Liquid filling pump
Applied in the production of hard and soft candies, chewing gum, and bubble gum filled with liquid, viscous, or thick fillings.
Products that can be pumped include chocolate, flavored sugar syrups, fruit jams, marmalade, honey, fruit syrups, and fat-based creams.

- Double-jacketed AISI 304 stainless steel hopper for water circulation and temperature control
- Stainless steel frame with wheels, easy to clean without removing the pump from the production area
- A/C drive with inverter for precise speed adjustment depending on the product (syrups or chocolate)
- Speed synchronization with the forming machine and/or extruder
- Standard hopper capacity: 45 liters
- Water heating with electric resistors controlled by a thermal switch
- Uniform hopper and product temperature
- Flexible pipe for connection to the Teflon filling tube in the batch roller or the extruder die head
