The Die Set Washers are designed for the automatic cleaning, drying, and lubrication of both rotary and chain die sets, installed directly on their own carrier.

Its robust frame, entirely manufactured from thick AISI 304 stainless steel, ensures durability, hygiene, and long-term reliability. The unit is equipped with a drive motor to rotate the die set during the washing cycle, as well as an electric cabinet (AISI 304 stainless steel, IP65 protection) in compliance with VDE international standards.
The programmable working cycle includes:
- Washing with hot water
- Drying
- Lubrication
- Suction
The complete cycle takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes, with fully adjustable running time.
