S35 Soft – Cut & wrap line for chewy candy
This line has been developed to satisfy the request of toffee and chewy toffee candy makers that need a reliable and long lasting solution for their high speed cut& wrapping machines.
As for the rest of our portfolio, it has been constantly optimized and engineered to deliver consistent, efficient candy production while ensuring full adaptability to any type of cooking system, whether continuous or batch, and to adapt to any kind of cut&wrap machine.

Batching and Sizing
The first stage of the S35 line uses our batch rollers and rope sizers, fully compatible with both batch and continuous cooking systems.
The batch roller refines the sugar mass and brings it to the correct working temperature. For multicolor production, an additional batch roller or a dual configuration can be integrated into the line.
Tempering
Before entering the cutting & wrapping machine, the product passes through a tempering stage.
This step lowers the temperature and relieves internal tensions, allowing the product to release the natural “shrinking effect” and ensuring it is perfectly conditioned for cutting.
Nuova Euromec provides two tempering solutions: a single layer and a three layer tempering belt. The choice depends on product chemistry and required production capacity.
