S34 – Cut & wrap line for bubble gum

Pre-extruding and Extruding
The process begins with pre-extrusion and extrusion, guaranteeing stable temperature and continuous output.
The pre-extruder produces a wide sheet of gum, preparing the product for the next stage.
Cooling
Cooling is performed by the 178TR cooling tunnel series, which ensures proper product conditioning through dedicated air treatment groups and belts, each controlled by independent drives synchronized with the PLC system.
Uniform cooling is achieved by direct airflow with axial fans, while FDA approved polyurethane belts prevent sticking.
For maximum hygiene and easy maintenance, most tunnel components are fully removable, simplifying both cleaning and inspection.
