Filling Pump Unit
- Suitable for liquid, viscous, and dense fillings;
- Capable of pumping products such as chocolate, flavored sugar syrups, fruit pulp preserves, jams, honey syrup, honey, fruit syrups, and fat-based creams;
- Product loading hopper made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
Machine stages
Extruder:
- Allows for uniform extrusion of gum and chewy masses;
- Two counter-rotating extrusion augers connected to the gearbox;
- Double-skinned extrusion chamber heated by water/oil, controlled by a thermostat.
Set of Sizing-Forming Rollers:
- Modular construction with one pair of smoothing rollers with variable opening and speed;
- Adjustable independently with a servo drive.
Molding Forming Section:
- Structure designed to house and move with a connection to the chain side joint for drive motorization.
- Synchronized with a pair of smooth rollers, an extruder, and a filling pump.
Chain Mold:
- Specifically developed for batch laboratory testing;
- Composed of upper and lower chain groups with die punches.
