We designed a new die set to produce traditional filled shapes such as chicklets, center fresh square, oval, round, and newly developed 3 dimensional products.
A competitive alternative to the traditional gum ball technology, having the following advantages:
- Double the output of the traditional ball gum machines (up to 500 Kg/h).
- Precision on logo engraving candies
- Multicolor combination with color position controlled.
- Powder and liquid centerfilling in 3d shapes.
- Capable of manufacturing standard products such as chicklets, squares, round and oval shapes, including mini gum shapes as small as 0.5 grams.
